Return and Refund Policy
At Coastline Miami, our goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where goods need to be returned. Products can be returned for a refund, a voucher, or an exchange. To make the process as simple and efficient as possible, we ask you to read this policy carefully.
Return Policy:
You can return unused products in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returns process:
If you wish to return goods, please contact us at info@coastline-miami.com and provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
Return shipping costs
The customer bears full responsibility for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective product or an incorrectly delivered product).
Since we work with warehouses and suppliers abroad, returns may incur higher costs. These costs are borne by the customer in all cases, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Material Authorization (RMA):
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to process your return. A refund will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected by us.
Providing the tracking number is part of the return process.
Damaged or incorrect goods (color or size):
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, we will send you a replacement product immediately.
Returning a defective product:
Please return the unused product within 30 days of delivery.
After we receive and inspect the item and it is in good condition, we will send you a replacement product or issue a voucher.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We only accept exchanges for items of equal value.
Non-returnable goods:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed or treated, except in special cases or for orders from discounted packages.
Exchange/Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds are usually issued via the original payment method and may take a few days.
